The Program
The Account Manager Program is a global referral program that consists of individuals with a marketing, real estate or finance background or a combination of the three who are interested in introducing our companies residential investment model to their clients and generating referral fees in the process.
Within the current system, the AM/Affiliate Program is the most productive marketing program that the company operates generating over most of all sales. Strategic Partners and some affiliates receive generous referral fees per transaction for each referral. Referrals buy on average three properties. Often times, Strategic Partners are also property owners who generate passive income simply by sharing value of our investment opportunity with their clients.
Account Managers are equipped with our marketing materials, start up training and their own relationship manager to assist them in their passive income generating efforts.
Account Managers simply generate interest with their contacts and clients in our investment model by having an initial conversation and we do the rest by assigning their clients to a Property Specialist/Relationship Manager who can better explain and give them a better understanding of the model.
Affiliate Program
The Affiliate Program consists primarily of companies who work in real estate in some aspect (Self Directed IRA Custodians, Real Estate Tax Specialists, 1031 Exchange Specialists and Real Estate Experts). Affiliate webinars expose each of our client databases to each others companies as affiliates are invited to be guest experts on educational real estate webinars to share their expertise and advice on a particular topic. Webinars are marketed by both our companies and the affiliate, and have proven to be a very effective method in generating hot/new leads in larger numbers for all involved.
